📋 Description

• You support Key Account Management in day-to-day operations and in strategic projects within the grocery/food retail sector. • You manage key retail partners and work closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal teams. • You independently take ownership of your accounts and build long-term, trusting relationships. • You develop customer-specific strategies to maximize growth potential and ensure strong product availability. • You analyze market and customer metrics and derive concrete actions to further develop the business. • You independently lead negotiations at regional and national levels.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales, purchasing, the FMCG sector or grocery retail — or in a comparable field. • You hold a completed vocational qualification or a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline. • You possess analytical thinking and can quickly understand and work through complex topics in a structured way. • You demonstrate initiative, a strong hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills. • You present confidently, negotiate effectively and are passionate about customers and brands. • You enjoy working in a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • You have negotiation-level German (spoken and written) as well as good English skills.
