• Responsible for coordinating facility functions, including data entry and administration • Ensuring health and safety compliance • Data entry into WIN, Power suite, Excel and/or Outlook • Organization and maintenance of trailer inventories • Printing and creating outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels • General clerical duties as required
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required • 6+ months experience in an administrative role required • Strong computer skills (Excel, MS Word) required • Previous customer service experience is an asset • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment required • DOT Training/Knowledge is an asset
