📋 Description

• Serve as the primary scientific liaison between The Binding Site and laboratory or health system customers • Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to key opinion leaders, executives, investigators, physicians, laboratory directors, personnel, and other stakeholders • Implement a KOL strategy and establish relationships across the Canadian territory • Represent The Binding Site at regional and national trade shows and scientific conferences • Act as an internal consultant, providing customer feedback and scientific expertise to product development, marketing initiatives, and scientific strategy • Support studies and scientific collaborations as needed • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Binding Site products, including analytic/clinical performance, manufacture, and QA release • Address customer concerns and field off-label inquiries compliantly • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical affairs teams to provide education and drive scientific partnerships • Provide clinical and scientific education to improve patient care

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced clinical/science degree (e.g., PhD, MD) required • Experience with immunology or hematology/oncology, or mass spectrometry/biochemistry highly preferred • 1+ years in the healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostic industry • Proven experience working in a clinical, hospital, or laboratory environment • Customer-facing experience highly preferred • Proven record of delivering scientific presentations • Proven record of writing scientific manuscripts • Proven record of conducting data analysis • Outstanding customer focus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English • Collaborative, team-oriented approach • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization skills • Travel required (25-75%), including occasional weekend and international travel • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing/walking/sitting 6-8 hours daily and occasionally lifting/moving up to 20 pounds • English language proficiency required for communication and collaboration
