📋 Description

• Serve as the primary support contact for the assigned application areas • Coordinate issues arising during the project and support resolution across application teams • Perform in-depth analysis and data collection of Epic reports and technical issues • Perform maintenance tasks such as error queues and reviews • Participate in system development, execution, testing, and sign-off • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and technical components • Identify system enhancement needs and recommend best-practice workflows and processes • Guide workflow design, system build, and testing • Analyze technical issues associated with EHR systems • Identify and implement requested team changes • Liaise between end-user workflow needs and implementation staff • Communicate with EHR representatives and participate in weekly project meetings • Work with EHR representatives, business stakeholders, and end users to align the system with business needs • Participate in training and work with end users • Document troubleshooting and resolutions in the ticketing system • Hold weekly team communications on deliverables, issues, concerns, and milestones • Maintain HIPAA compliance • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with HB and Cadence/Prelude • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field required • EHR Certification in the key business area • In-depth knowledge of Epic software • Knowledge of strategic business plan development • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and translate user needs into technical terms • Proven leadership capabilities and experience implementing innovative solutions under high-pressure organizational needs • Customer service excellence orientation • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, healthcare information systems, and practices • Maintain HIPAA compliance
