• Own end‑to‑end delivery of healthcare engagements, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and outcomes • Translate strategy into clear, executable initiatives with defined ownership and sequencing • Develop and manage integrated, multi‑workstream workplans and delivery dependencies • Serve as the primary interface with senior client executives and Steering Committees • Establish and enforce governance structures, including stage gates, escalation paths, and approvals • Manage scope, risk, and change control to maintain alignment with engagement objectives • Ensure benefits tracking and realization tied to EBITDA, cost savings, revenue improvement, or quality metrics • Proactively identify and address risks to financial and operational outcomes • Lead, coach, and oversee PMO and project support staff • Act as a recognized subject matter expert across margin and/or quality improvement disciplines, including workforce productivity, supply chain, revenue cycle, managed care, physician enterprise, strategy, and care transformation.
• 9–15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or enterprise transformation • Proven track record leading complex, multi‑workstream engagements with measurable financial impact • Experience working directly with C‑suite and senior health system leaders • Strong program and project management, governance, and execution capabilities • Advanced financial acumen related to margin and performance improvement • Strong leadership, judgment, and executive communication skills.
