📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end program execution for the NTP assessment • Serve as primary point of contact with VA stakeholders (CO, COR, program leadership) • Oversee development of: Workforce and staffing models, Financial and cost benchmarking analyses, Clinical performance and quality frameworks, Technical and imaging system assessments • Integrate inputs from multidisciplinary teams • Ensure delivery of: Monthly progress reports, Interim and final recommendations • Manage project schedule, risks, and quality control • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across VISNs and VA facilities
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale healthcare or federal programs • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams (clinical, technical, financial) • Strong background in data-driven decision making and performance metrics • Program governance and reporting • Excellent communication skills with experience briefing senior government stakeholders • Master's Degree
