• 10+ years of experience in program or project management • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale healthcare or federal programs • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams (clinical, technical, financial) • Strong background in data-driven decision making and performance metrics • Program governance and reporting • Excellent communication skills with experience briefing senior government stakeholders • Master's Degree
