📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to potential customers • Request participation in surveys while following a script • Maintain a natural and professional tone on calls • Log call outcomes and responses accurately • Share relevant feedback or trends with the internal team • Support a global outreach project as a Lead Generation Specialist

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, spoken (with British accent) and written • Confidence in making cold calls • Experience in handling UK accounts • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections • Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, surveys, or BPO is an advantage • Able to work independently in a remote setup with a stable internet connection • Open to shifting schedule and any shift as needed
