📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of Shopify builds, redesigns, migrations, and ongoing support engagements • Serve as the primary point of contact between TAG and clients • Build strong, trusted client relationships • Partner with strategy, design, development, QA, and client stakeholder teams • Manage Shopify ecommerce projects, including builds, enhancements, and ongoing support, typically up to $200k • Develop and maintain timelines, project plans, meeting notes, and budget trackers • Support project scoping by gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks • Oversee execution from kickoff through launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with quality standards • Forecast and manage project resources according to budgets, schedules, and team capacity • Monitor project health and escalate scope, timeline, budget, and resourcing risks • Participate in QA reviews to validate requirements and ensure release quality • Lead internal check-ins, client status meetings, sprint planning, and milestone reviews • Provide progress, risk, and next-step updates to clients and internal leadership • Contribute feedback, lessons learned, and ideas to improve Shopify delivery and project management practices

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the United States • 1–3 years of experience managing web development projects • Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms ideally; experience with Contentful, Drupal, or WordPress is a plus • Prior experience working at a digital agency • Strong commitment to clients and teammates • Clear, confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to build trust with clients through professionalism, follow-through, and transparency • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity when requirements or priorities are unclear • Highly detail oriented and organized • Ability to work effectively with remote and distributed teams • Comfortable partnering with developers and working within technical systems and workflows • Eager to learn, open to mentorship, and interested in growing ecommerce and Shopify expertise • Participation in E-Verify for remote review of new hire I-9 documentation
