📋 Description

• Communicate with and build strong relationships with global stakeholders at all levels • Drive cross-functional collaboration and share knowledge and expertise • Prepare impactful presentations for senior management, articulating complex financial information clearly • Enhance financial reporting capabilities for the Conversion Business Unit across North America and EMEA • Embed financial processes for the recently in-housed accounting of the North American business • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems and implement improvements • Produce and analyze departmental management accounts for CFO/Head of FP&A presentations • Perform standard month-end processing • Manage revenue, delivery, and sales opportunities • Prepare annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts • Manage risks and opportunities • Partner with financial and non-financial stakeholders • Perform scenario planning and ad hoc business-unit analysis • Conduct commercial analysis, including client profitability and resource utilization • Prepare Capex and Investment Committee papers and business cases

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) • Experience business partnering Senior Leadership Teams • Experience using large datasets • Strong Excel modelling and data-driven skills • Ideally experience of working within a marketing, digital or creative agency environment • Experience influencing strategic business decisions using a variety of data sources to support recommendations and analysis • Experience building best practice • Experience in a dynamic business environment • Problem-solving and process implementation skills
