• Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads, and other paid media platforms • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights • Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies • Collaborate with the Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on campaign strategy • Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients • Share proactive insights and best practices suggestions to the wider team • Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion • Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Minimum 1 year of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads) • Fundamental skills in Excel or Google Sheets (training will be provided) • Strong attention to detail • High level of project management experience • Clear communicator and dependable team player • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently • Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution • Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes • At least 1 year of agency-side experience (Preferred) • Google Looker Studio experience (Preferred) • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other similar analytics platforms (Preferred) • Confidence in communicating with internal clients and presenting insights (Preferred) • Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation (Preferred) • Knowledge of Tag Manager and Search Console (Preferred) • Enhanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts) (Preferred) • Experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads (Preferred)
