📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner • Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and helpful information • Provide solutions to resolve customer issues and complaints • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions • Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or work-from-home setting • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software • Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home • Must be able to work full-time, including weekends and evenings if needed
