• 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably for SaaS or e-commerce brands. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards. • Proven track record of running successful campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and others. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Familiarity with ThriveCart or other e-commerce platforms. • Experience with retargeting campaigns and funnel-based advertising strategies. • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and display networks. • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
