📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-tier accounts • Drive end-to-end renewals, identify risk early, run renewal plans, and close on time • Grow accounts through expansion by uncovering opportunities and helping customers build internal alignment and identify funding pathways • Increase customer satisfaction and referrals through clear communication and rapid issue resolution • Lead onboarding, pilot launches, and post-launch workflows • Conduct quarterly business reviews, performance reporting, and insights updates • Maintain accurate HubSpot account records, renewal dates, stakeholder notes, and customer communications • Support new market launches with Sales and Operations • Contribute to account health tracking, renewal and expansion forecasting, and account management playbooks • Improve customer communication and cross-functional workflows • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Technicians • Report to the VP of Revenue • Travel domestically up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Govtech Account Management or other relevant client-facing, service, or relationship-driven roles • Deep experience with municipal budgeting and contracting • Proven success building relationships within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations in person and through remote communication channels • Experience using data to influence decisions and pricing • Strong analytical judgment and storytelling ability • Ability to communicate tradeoffs and insights with data without drowning people in metrics • Comfortable owning meetings with executives, elected officials, and public sector staff • Confident representing the company in public-facing settings, including public meetings • Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate customer needs • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment • Experience supporting physical products and/or service operations (preferred)
