📋 Description

• Apply data science to solve business problems • Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs • Present analytical solutions to business audiences, emphasizing solution robustness and business value • Develop end-to-end analytics solutions based on in-depth business-problem understanding • Manage analytics projects and collaborate with client stakeholders and Tiger’s globally situated team • Select and apply relevant analytic techniques to create actionable business insights • Present to senior management and communicate results to business teams • Develop plans to operationalize analytic solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in data analytics • Ability to engage with executive/VP-level client stakeholders and translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms • Strong project management and team management skills • Ability to work with global teams • Strong SQL skills • Hands-on experience with R, Python, Qlik, or Tableau • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive is a plus • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA, or equivalent work experience
