📋 Description

• Assess the current Martech ecosystem, including platforms, interfaces, dependencies, and data flows. • Document current-state and target-state architecture for Martech consolidation initiatives. • Identify duplication, redundancy, integration gaps, and rationalization opportunities across tools and platforms. • Define unified data and business process flows across the ecosystem. • Define integration approaches, interface patterns, and solution design recommendations aligned with enterprise standards, including resilience, failover, and risk considerations. • Develop recommendations for consolidating overlapping applications into a simplified and scalable future-state landscape that supports AI-driven initiatives. • Work with business, product, engineering, security, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into practical architecture decisions. • Contribute to implementation planning, sequencing, and governance for consolidation workstreams. • Produce clear architecture documentation, decision logs, and dependency views to support execution teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or systems integration roles. • Demonstrated experience supporting platform consolidation, transformation, or rationalization programs. • Working knowledge of Martech ecosystems, customer data flows, marketing automation, digital experience platforms, APIs, and integration patterns. • Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholder groups. • Experience producing architecture artifacts, integration documentation, and implementation guidance.
