📋 Description

• Own and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enabled solutions • Define what and why the platform should build and the business and user problems it will solve • Define and track product OKRs and KPIs and drive the team to achieve them • Drive go-to-market excitement and awareness of the platform across enterprise teams • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to build, validate, and showcase POCs and demos • Translate business problems into clear product requirements and user stories • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders • Ensure products align with BFS regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in technology/enterprise environments • Mandatory insurance industry experience • Tableau experience • Intermediate Power BI skills, including dashboards, workspaces, publishing, and basic DAX • Experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products and cloud-based solutions • Strong Business Analyst skills: requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and attention to detail • Strong executive and technical communication skills with the ability to influence business and technical stakeholders • Experience driving products/solutions end-to-end in a fast-paced enterprise environment • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
