📋 Description

• Building, maintaining, and improving internal AI tools that support teams across the company — from sales to support to engineering • Creating and contributing to open-source tools that help AI developers build agents with PostgreSQL and TigerData • Working closely with product, design, and other engineers to get from 0→1 fast — then ship improvements as we learn • Making decisions quickly (and pivoting when needed) • Bringing a product-minded lens to internal tools — your users might sit in the next Slack channel, but they deserve real UX

🎯 Requirements

• Are a generalist engineer with 5+ years of experience • Care about helping *other* developers build faster — you know a good DX is a force multiplier • Have used AI in production — to build agents, automate workflows, or prototype fast • Have solid backend skills (Go, Python, Postgres, etc.), but can jump into frontend if needed • Like to move quickly, take ownership, and figure things out without a 20-page brief • Are curious, humble, and default to action
