📋 Description

• Identify, design, and test new line management programs and policies, including over-limit policies, dynamic or instant line increases, and incentive-based credit line increases • Conduct end-to-end SQL- and/or Python-based analysis to size opportunities, structure tests, and evaluate results • Build analytical roadmaps in partnership with Data Science and Product • Identify opportunities where new or enhanced risk models could outperform existing approaches • Partner with Data Science to define success criteria and drive model development as business owner • Turn loosely scoped problem spaces into concrete, tested, scalable programs • Translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics • 5–7 years of experience in credit risk, data analytics, or a related quantitative discipline • Experience ideally in consumer lending or fintech • Strong SQL or Python skills and ability to run queries independently • Ability to pair SQL or Python effectively with AI tools for analysis • Excellent communication skills for both detailed analysis and executive-level recommendations • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners without formal reporting authority • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfort operating in ambiguity and independently driving projects forward • Creative, action-oriented approach involving prototyping, testing, and iteration • Eagerness to learn new tools and methods and stay current with credit, lending, and AI trends
