📋 Description

• Serve as the customer’s relationship manager and point of contact from account purchase through onboarding • Work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager to achieve monthly activation goals • Prioritize work based on customer needs and Toast requirements • Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase and create onboarding plans within timeline and budget • Create best practices for managing labor and food costs, table turn time, and guest relationships • Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs before installation • Communicate networking needs to project resources • Perform remote onboarding and document Toast POS installation and deviations from best practices • Create and lead onboarding training for restaurant staff • Manage multiple onboarding engagements, including books of 80+ restaurants • Provide remote Go-Live support, troubleshooting, post-live guidance, and follow-up training

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual/fluent in Thai and English • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry • 3+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations • Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities in a constantly changing environment • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills • 1+ years of POS software experience, ideally in the service industry (nice to have) • Experience with Salesforce CRM (nice to have) • Experience working in the tech industry or for a SaaS company (nice to have) • Training, teaching, or development experience (nice to have)
