📋 Description

• Lead developers, product managers, and designers in building Employee management features • Build scalable full-stack software solutions for employee performance and growth management • Design, estimate, implement, test, and debug end-to-end solutions • Mentor developers through code-pairing and code, architecture, and project reviews • Champion development, deployment, and quality lifecycle best practices • Contribute to product design and feature selection discussions • Build technology that helps restaurants and local businesses operate, increase sales, engage customers, and retain happy employees

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages • Expertise using AI tools throughout the development lifecycle • Exposure to building AI solutions for customers • Experience with modern web standards and technologies, including React, TypeScript, REST, and GraphQL • Proven track record building partnerships across engineering, product, customer success, and other stakeholders • Experience and interest in mentoring peers • Experience maintaining high quality standards and guiding teams on technical quality • Strong customer empathy and commitment to thoughtful user experiences, robust technical solutions, and continuous product improvement
