âą Provide day-to-day HR administrative support for a distributed global team (e.g., scheduling, onboarding coordination, maintaining trackers, preparing documentation) âą Maintain and organize employee records in BambooHR âą Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and audits. âą Work with the Director of HR & Strategic Engagement to define organizational training needs âą Support the creation of a light-lift system to track training using BambooHR âą Draft, format, and design training materials âą Conduct benchmarking research on best practices for learning in small, global nonprofits. âą Contribute to engagement initiatives such as newsletters, recognition programs, and staff surveys âą Support culture-building activities for a global and multicultural workforce âą Draft and post job descriptions âą Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications âą Support onboarding logistics, including preparing welcome materials âą Research emerging HR practices in L&D, wellbeing, and DEI.
âą Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. âą Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills. âą Comfortable working across time zones in a global, remote environment. âą Interest in learning and development and/or HR systems. âą Familiarity with HRIS tools (BambooHR preferred) a plus, but not required.
