📋 Description

• Collect, review, and reconcile lead and case data from external law firm partners into Salesforce accurately and on time • Define reconciliation standards and ensure data integrity • Serve as the internal expert on partner data flows • Track pending and aging cases proactively • Drive document collection from external partners against targets and deadlines • Hold partners accountable for providing required data and deliverables • Direct weekly prioritization of the team’s work • Set expectations and hold team members accountable • Coach team members in real time and conduct performance conversations • Act as a player-coach by carrying accounts and working directly in the data • Sequence recurring monthly work against deadlines and track workstream status • Identify and fix process gaps • Answer executive questions about numbers and status • Present problems, attempted solutions, recommendations, and required support using data

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in operations, data reconciliation, or a role where accuracy and partner-facing coordination were core responsibilities • Experience managing a team, including setting expectations, conducting accountability conversations, and developing people • Project management skills, including sequencing work, tracking multiple workstreams, and meeting recurring deadlines • Exceptional attention to numerical accuracy and reconciliation • Comfortable presenting numbers and status directly to executives without a script • Desire to own and improve an operational function • Experience holding external partners accountable for data or deliverables without formal authority • Preferred: experience managing partner or vendor relationships involving data handoffs • Preferred: experience in legal, financial services, or another regulated environment • Preferred: process improvement or systems optimization background • Salesforce proficiency or experience working with Salesforce data flows • Alignment with the company’s values: embracing change, commitment, no-ego energy, ownership, and urgency
