• Absorb ownership of TDL's existing provider network • Travel extensively for cold calls and meetings to build pipeline • Close new provider relationships and manage ongoing relationships • Establish a repeatable outreach-to-management playbook • Report on pipeline activity and provider performance metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Background in personal injury (PI) with experience building provider or attorney relationships preferred • Proven comfort with cold outreach and in-person sales/pitching, not just account maintenance • Self-starter able to work independently in the field with heavy travel • Track record of converting new relationships into performing, revenue-generating partnerships, as well as reinvigorating existing ones
