📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a core opportunity area • Prioritize work based on business outcomes • Define domain KPIs and hold the team accountable to them • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations • Run discovery directly with attorneys, operators, case managers, and claimants • Own UX and design for the domain, including prototyping requirements and solutions • Make decisions, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously • Work with the VP of Product and company leadership on strategic direction • Build technology infrastructure across an AI-enabled intake engine, case management platform, and client-facing portal

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management • Track record of shipping software that moved the business • Comfortable in architecture discussions, APIs, and data flows • Experience prototyping requirements and solutions for engineering • Experience building AI-enabled product capabilities • Strategic thinking connecting user problems to company-level objectives • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where none exists • Adaptable and curious • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication • Analytical thinking and ability to turn data into decisive action • Legal tech or other operationally complex industry experience is a plus
