📋 Description

• Lead live virtual yoga classes for older adults on a recurring weekly schedule • Teach gentle, chair, and modified standing practices with clear verbal cueing • Offer accessible variations in real time for a range of mobility levels • Create a warm, encouraging class environment • Open the virtual classroom on time and greet students • Collaborate with the wellness team on class themes and the monthly schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 200-hour yoga teacher certification (RYT-200 or equivalent) • Two or more years of teaching experience, including work with older adults • Demonstrated experience with chair yoga, gentle yoga, or adaptive practice • Comfort teaching to camera with strong verbal cueing • Reliable high-speed internet • Quiet, well-lit teaching space • Comfort with Zoom • Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it
