📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team as our Lead Developer • As a Software Engineer at Tracklings, you will play a crucial role in building new features within our web application, as well as enhancing existing functionality • Your ability to collaborate effectively with our close-knit team and your aptitude for logical problem-solving will contribute to the continued success and growth of our software products • Lead the development process by developing, testing, and deploying new features for our web application • Maintain and enhance existing features to improve performance, user experience, and overall functionality • Work closely with founders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, React, and the other languages in our stack • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve our software products

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recent Django or Django React Framework experience • Experience in software development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging • Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns • Solid hands-on experience designing and building solutions for customer-facing applications • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to logically follow a process from start to finish • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a track record of being a great team player • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
