📋 Description

• Drive enterprise implementations ($100K+ ACV) from scoping through go-live and beyond • Own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through successful adoption • Provide user training, technical support and troubleshooting • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Tech and Product on client-specific issues and product feedback • Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers • Maintain CSAT above 90% across the portfolio • Own KPIs including go-live targets, adoption outcomes and client health metrics • Contribute to internal documentation and process improvement • Keep complex implementations on track in ambiguous customer environments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management skills, including scoping, timelines, risk management and independently driving outcomes • Solid technical aptitude across integrations and workflows • Ability to partner directly with Engineering and Product teams • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with senior and executive-level stakeholders • Comfortable operating in a startup or scale-up environment • Strong collaboration, adaptability, hands-on execution and growth mindset • 5–7 years of direct enterprise-level implementation experience in a B2B SaaS environment (nice to have) • Preference for AP, accounting or fintech software experience (nice to have) • Familiarity with ERP or payment platforms, particularly IFS, Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP B1 or SYSPRO (nice to have) • Transferable experience from project management, onboarding, consulting or delivery roles is considered
