📋 Description

• Own planning and delivery for a portfolio of initiatives spanning development, ongoing maintenance, and large-scale migrations • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to define project scopes, requirements, and priorities • Maintain and manage a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned with company goals • Lead Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives • Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders • Support post-incident reviews and ensure learnings are integrated into processes • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the DevOps organization • Bridge engineering, operations, infrastructure, and leadership to drive delivery excellence, remove blockers, and champion DevOps best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex software development or DevOps projects in a cloud-based environment • Proven ability to deliver projects across development, maintenance, and migration contexts • Strong technical background with previous software development experience in technologies such as .NET, Java, PHP, or Python • Ability to challenge technical decisions and delivery estimates • Solid understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Exceptional communication skills for coordinating diverse technical teams and reporting to senior leadership • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Experience with project tooling such as Jira and Azure DevOps • Experience in SaaS environments with high-availability and high-security requirements is desirable • Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and modern observability stacks is desirable • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001 is desirable
