📋 Description

• Monitor the sales and enrollment activities of marketing staff to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and carrier-specific requirements • Navigate computer systems to locate customer data, including call recordings, enrollment applications, and scorecards • Search approved websites to verify the accuracy of information presented to customers • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and compliance requirements for assigned plans • Document findings and provide clear, factual written explanations of conclusions • Conduct sales/enrollment audits in response to allegations from internal and external sources

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1+ year of customer service experience • Basic computer skills with typing speed of at least 20 WPM • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation • Familiarity with contact management systems and internet software • Strong written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and the ability to present findings • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rate, ratio, percent; interpret bar graphs) • Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and apply common-sense reasoning • Clear verbal communication skills, especially for phone/headset use • Preferred: experience with insurance products (e.g., Medicare, life insurance)
