📋 Description

• Develop new customers through prospecting and follow-up on company-generated leads • Become a subject matter expert on Treace Medical products and procedures • Instill confidence in surgeons and operating-room staff • Provide feedback to the marketing team on product design, performance, and customer satisfaction • Plan, coordinate, and execute didactic and cadaveric product training for surgeons • Develop and maintain relationships with key account personnel • Support selling, market development, service efforts, clinical events, and business continuity • Support surgeons in emergency and operating-room environments for successful patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 2 years successful field sales experience • Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time • Overnight travel up to 20% of the time • Ability to support surgeons in emergency/operating room environments for successful patient outcomes • Willingness to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements • Valid driver’s license • Current vehicle insurance policy
