📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles • Quickly develop understanding of the talent landscape and source high-caliber candidates • Conduct initial screens and coordinate interviews • Partner with leaders to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles • Understand funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthy • Own the hiring process end-to-end (sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination)

🎯 Requirements

• Startup operating experience (3+ years) - recruiting, sales, ops, marketing, or other functions welcome • Drive to learn and eagerness to become a talent market expert • Analytical mindset • Experience in fast-paced environments where you've had to figure things out • Strong written communication skills (essential for our high-documentation culture) • Comfort picking up new recruiting software and tools as needed (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) • Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
