• 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies. • 2+ years as a PM at a growth-stage startup. • Strong product intuition. • Strong design judgment and technical fluency. • A track record of turning long-term strategy and a backlog of ideas into a prioritized, shovel-ready roadmap. • Strong written and verbal communication. • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information. • Genuine empathy for users and teammates.
