📋 Description

• Reach out to customers who had issues making their purchase or abandoned their carts • Re-engage customers and help them complete purchases • Help pet owners understand the right products for their dog's needs • Answer questions and remove uncertainty with clarity and care • Convert warm leads into completed sales by building trust and addressing objections • Transform near-buyers into loyal, repeat customers • Work closely with the management team and use training resources • Represent Tribe's ethos and maintain brand integrity • Follow regulatory requirements and avoid overpromising or making unsubstantiated claims

🎯 Requirements

• Highly-driven self starter motivated by growth opportunities and sales excellence • Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to build genuine connections • Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST or 12 PM CST • Reliable internet and equipment • Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with working mic, camera, and headset • Ethernet connection strongly preferred • Minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload dedicated bandwidth • Latency under approximately 150ms • Jitter under approximately 30ms • Packet loss under approximately 1% • Ability to follow regulatory requirements and sell ethically
