📋 Description

• Document escalations and report unresolved problems to the Call Center Supervisor and/or Field Supervisor • Notify area managers of issues caused by technical errors, dispatcher errors, or facility complaints • Take client calls and handle account issues when applicable • Continuously observe queue activity to ensure all available agents are signed in and ready to take calls • Assist with monitoring, coaching, and development sessions by providing positive and constructive feedback • Monitor agents and provide training when appropriate • Monitor the CarrolltonSupervisorDesk or designated email account • Send updated attendance notifications to the leadership team • Monitor the On-Call Supervisor phone as needed • Maintain discipline and order in the work environment • Solicit assistance from other departments when incoming call volume or hold times are high • Lead by example and demonstrate integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the office location at 115 Gibraltar Road, Horsham, PA 19044 • High School or better • Minimum one year Dispatcher experience • Intermediate communication skills • Some knowledge of medical terminology • Detail oriented • Team player • Leadership ability • Enthusiastic • Functional expertise
