• Responsible for general and specific tasks related to the effective opening, execution and closing of the end-to-end sales cycle processes through the development of sales strategies. • Partners with Inside Sales to ensure account retention through customer support. • Profitably grows sales to achieve yearly sales goals as a consultant for current and emerging industries. • Prospects new accounts and increases opportunities with existing customers. • Maintains and builds customer relationships to ensure retention, growth and client satisfaction. • Completes regular sales call plans and tracks results. • Creates sales goals and tracks sales through reporting. • Stay up to date with industry trends and collaborate with internal teams. • Attend industry events and complete any other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 3-5 five years of outside sales experience, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Ability to travel within assigned territory. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
