• Conduct data analysis activities for Trillium Health Resources • Complete reports in compliance with DMH and DMA contract requirements, NCQA accreditation, HEDIS reporting, and other external and internal reporting needs • Support day-to-day Quality Management Department operations, including committee support, data and reports, training, HEDIS measures, and national accreditation • Develop analytical reports through analysis, information synthesis, summarization, and interpretation of results • Identify patterns and trends in data • Submit reports within assigned deadlines • Support scheduled external and internal reporting • Present report data in a user-friendly format accessible to staff, consumers, and community members • Include appropriate data-source references so reports can be replicated • Analyze and report statistical data on populations, disabilities, and cultural factors • Integrate physical health and pharmacy data into the QM/QIC process • Identify significant matters that could impact the agency • Assist with HEDIS-oriented plans supporting compliance with national accreditation standards • Implement organizational improvements to ensure efficient and quality care • Handle sensitive, complex, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Travel within the catchment area as required
• High School diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in data analysis, data reporting, data collection, or use of databases; OR Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in these areas; OR Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in these areas; OR equivalent combination of education/experience • Minimum required experience under the alternatives: two (2) years • Valid driver’s license required • Must reside within North Carolina • Must be able to travel within the catchment area as required • Preferred four-year degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a Human Service field such as Psychology or Social Work • Preferred experience in quality improvement activities and HEDIS • Preferred two–four years’ working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, large data sets, relational databases, and Microsoft Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and graphs • Preferred CSPA, Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (AWS), Predictive Analytics Certificate (SOA), and/or CAHIMS, ITIL v3, or equivalent certifications • Must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
