📋 Description

• Drive the recruitment of top-tier consulting talent • Lead full-cycle recruitment for consulting and leadership roles across the U.S. • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent • Build and maintain a strategic LinkedIn presence • Collaborate with practice leaders to anticipate hiring needs • Serve as a senior advisor to hiring managers on hiring decisions • Evaluate and refine the recruitment process for efficiency, quality, and candidate experience • Mentor and coach recruiters and sourcing specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on consulting or professional services recruiting (agency or internal) • Proven success recruiting director-level and above professionals in supply chain, operations, or transformation consulting • Strong network and demonstrated success attracting passive talent • Experience with executive search, retained search, or recruiting agency environments • Exceptional knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices) • Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern sourcing technologies • Proficient with ATS systems, CRM tools, and data-driven recruitment metrics • Strong business acumen, communication, and influencing skills with executive stakeholders • Intermediate user of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field and/or combination of required education and experience • Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain certification upon employment.
