📋 Description
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/chat/email • Follow verified procedures, document interactions, and protect customer data • Troubleshoot issues, resolve or escalate as needed • Meet quality, reliability, and compliance standards
🎯 Requirements
• You operate as an independent contractor (1099) in the U.S. • Reliable computer (Windows), wired internet, USB headset, and quiet workspace • Strong written/verbal English; bilingual (EN/ES) is required for some programs • Professionalism, punctuality, problem-solving, and typing • Ability to complete client certification(s), drug screening and a background screen if required
