📋 Description

• Assist project managers in planning and executing project plans to meet deadlines and client expectations. • Handle multiple tasks within your project portfolio and help keep projects on track. • Ensure project milestones are met, communication is clear, and collaboration among teams is effective. • Act as a primary or secondary point of contact for project updates and client communications. • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project progress and maintain project governance documentation of timelines and key milestones. • Proactively identify potential project risks and communicate them to the project manager or relevant stakeholders. • Provide regular project status updates and facilitate communication across teams. • Help ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication and addressing any project-related concerns. • Document and report on project learnings, contributing to process improvement and knowledge-sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project/ account coordination or project/ account management, preferably in a technology, consulting, or marketing agency. • Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, Figma, GSuite, Office 365, Teams • Understanding of the project management lifecycle and methodologies (waterfall and agile delivery methodologies) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Self-starter, critical thinker, and a quick learner with the ability to identify potential project challenges • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
