• The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and executing a sales plan within their territory that results in meeting or exceeding sales, within a defined target. • This position will focus on activities to support sales, customer service, business retention, and increased marketshare. • The Territory Manager is the primary contact with current and potential customers and is accountable for our reputation. • They must be knowledgeable and able to provide service to customers on all aspects of our specialty medical products.
• College Diploma in Business, Medical Sciences, or equivalent • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of previous work experience in hospital medical device sales is ideal. • Experience with National GPOs and Provincial SSOs • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and projects. • Knowledge of utilizing business development tools (CRM). • Ability to safely and lawfully operate a motor vehicle. • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs (23kg). • Fluent in French & English both written and oral • Proficient presentation skills. • Ability to travel.
