📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels as the single point of accountability for regional hiring outcomes • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume, critical, and niche roles • Maintain a diverse and continuously refreshed candidate funnel • Advise leaders on organization design, talent risk, succession, and hire-vs.-develop tradeoffs • Support the VP of Talent on senior leadership hiring, strategic talent initiatives, and global hiring priorities • Partner with hiring managers to define role success and establish clear hiring standards • Provide external talent-market insight and influence hiring decisions with data and business context • Educate leaders on interviewing best practices, hiring discipline, and the external talent marketplace • Lead the interview experience from first contact through onboarding • Drive timely communication, clear expectations, and decisive hiring processes • Identify and implement recruitment-process and system improvements • Develop and amplify the employer brand across North America • Drive talent-strategy change in support of business needs • Use AI tools to improve efficiency and precision in talent strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with in-house recruitment supporting business leaders • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Strong sourcing ability with a track record of filling complex, niche, and high-volume roles through proactive, market-mapped pipelines • Commercial mindset and understanding of how talent enables business strategy • Ability to influence leaders without formal authority using data, market insight, and a clear point of view • Excellent judgment on candidate quality and hiring decisions • Ability to operate with speed, ownership, and resilience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
