📋 Description
• Identify and engage prospective clients in need of hiring support • Introduce TrueFit Talent’s flat-rate recruiting model • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Close new client agreements and hand off accounts for delivery • Collaborate with leadership to align on target industries and roles
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B sales, recruiting sales, or staffing • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven • Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role
