📋 Description

• Own experiments end to end: define hypotheses, design tests, build, ship to users, and determine next steps from data • Build functional prototypes for new products and experiences, from consumer surfaces to entirely new platforms • Use AI-assisted development, agentic coding workflows, and automation to accelerate prototyping and problem solving • Gather evidence through A/B tests, user feedback, and telemetry, prioritizing quantitative signals • Collaborate with the product owner and cross-functional partners to shape experiments and influence product direction • Balance speed with sound engineering judgment around security and compliance, partnering with legal early to address risks • Document and share learnings with the broader organization

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping software products • Comfort with ambiguity and discovery through experimentation • Strong experience with AI tools, agentic coding workflows, and automation • Experience shipping full-stack web applications using NextJS/Typescript frontend and Django/Python backend • Hands-on experience building product features using LLMs and foundation model APIs • Ability to quickly create and test functional prototypes • Experience with hypothesis-driven product development, defining metrics, running experiments/A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions • Sound engineering judgment regarding prototyping, security, compliance, and reliability • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration • Bonus: founder or early-startup experience, consumer or e-commerce product experience, or healthcare/HSA-FSA domain exposure
