âą Travel to install, service, troubleshoot and repair TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools at customer sites throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico âą Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance âą Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions âą Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity âą Act as a TRUMPF Service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success
