📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies • Source and attract candidates through various channels • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment activity • Assist with employer branding initiatives • Provide recruitment activity and progress updates to the HR team and hiring managers • Support other HR-related projects and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role • Preferably experience in the tech or fintech industry • Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure • Strong values, ethics and integrity • Must have the right to work in the country where based • Company is unable to provide visa sponsorship • Must provide Web3 trading/investment experience
