🎯 Requirements

• More than 10 years of total experience, with at least 4 years focused on backend development with Python web frameworks • Solid understanding of Python 3 • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational database systems, preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch • Experience in developing scalable data-intensive Web APIs • Experience with microservices architecture with asynchronous communications with Kafka • A DevOps mindset and a good knowledge of SRE tools and techniques • Excellent teamwork skills, with clear communication, flexibility, openness to debate and challenge, and the ability to mentor other team members • An agile mindset to deliver great products with an iterative approach • Fluent in English
