📋 Description

• Own the design of the B2B product experience end to end • Design new features and improve existing features to drive deeper engagement and stronger adoption • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers across onboarding flows, the admin dashboard, and business-specific features • Work with B2C teams to maintain a consistent learning experience • Own the Management Dashboard used by administrators to oversee and direct team training initiatives • Maintain the B2B design quality bar across the product • Help shape B2B product strategy with PM, engineering, data, and founders • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to translate customer feedback into product decisions • Run user research and usability tests • Communicate design vision and rationale to stakeholders, including Founders and Head of Product • Use AI and emerging tools to accelerate discovery, validation, and prototyping

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B • A track record of pushing work forward without waiting to be told • Genuine care for clarity and craft in the user experience • Strong working relationships with PM, Engineering, and Data • Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate and improve your design process • At this time, we are unable to provide sponsorship
