📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We're seeking an experienced Front-End Web Developer to join our team. • As a key player, you'll develop responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Manage client projects and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality work. • Optimize site performance, integrate third-party apps, and perform SEO tasks. • Core Task: Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, & JavaScript. • Project manage other service providers to help deliver high-quality client work on time. • Manage a backlog of client-related tasks and provide regular status updates. • Interface with clients over calls to collect requirements and feedback. • Implement design mockups from design into code that can be displayed on the browser. • Assist in the optimization of site performance and track key performance metrics. • Provide basic reporting on site performance as needed. • Integrating third-party apps and payment gateways as needed. • Fix bugs or inconsistencies that occur across different browsers and devices. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility/responsive design implementation across devices. • Perform site-related SEO tasks to support client work. • Assist with other marketing/client service tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a front-end web developer in an agency setting • Expert knowledge developing WordPress websites (Shopify experience must have) • Intermediate with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (do not need an expert here, everything is wysiwyg) • Basic - intermediate skills in SEO performance optimization and link-building techniques • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Hands-on experience with Zapier (or similar automation software) • Hands-on experience leveraging ChatGPT (or similar general AI tools) • Experience working with Git for version control (or similar tool) • Familiarity with Telegram and Slack for internal and external comms • Ability to work EST • Background working with project management software and leading a team with delivery (Nice to Have) • Basic - intermediate experience with back-end languages (e.g., PHP, Ruby) (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with Unbounce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Atlas OTTO, Ahref, BrightLocal, or GMB Optimization (Nice to Have)
