• Run the engineering org day-to-day • Own delivery across all squads • Handle the hiring pipeline • Translate business requirements into technical scope • Manage cross-squad dependencies and the engineering operating rhythm • Drive timely escalations for blocked work
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years engineering leadership in SaaS or platform companies • Delivery-first track record • Hands-on enough to read Go, Python, and TypeScript • Strong working knowledge of the modern AI stack • Captures business requirements and translates them into technical needs • Change is your default state • Loves hiring and possesses strong judgment in candidate evaluation • Drives AI-assisted engineering across the org
