📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing structural engineering projects from conception to completion • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies • Monitor project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders for project delivery • Review and validate structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical specifications • Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex structural engineering challenges • Review value engineering proposals to optimize project cost and efficiency • Monitor structural construction activities at project sites • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution • Coordinate with site teams to maintain quality and safety standards • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities • Participate in project review meetings and prepare technical progress reports • Support project managers in decision-making and stakeholder communications • Mentor junior engineers and site teams on engineering best practices • Conduct technical audits and inspections • Support risk assessment and mitigation planning • Ensure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Structural Engineering from a recognized institution • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering • 13-15 years of relevant experience in structural design, project management, and construction supervision • Experience handling medium to large-scale building or infrastructure projects • Strong understanding of RCC, Steel Structures, Precast Structures, and Foundation Systems • Knowledge of seismic design principles and structural analysis methodologies • Compliance with relevant IS Codes, NBC guidelines, international standards, and project requirements • Ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders • Ability to monitor quality, safety, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliance
